Here is an illustration of just how easy and intuitive FOCUS really is:

While on the phone talking to your client, vendor or prospect, you can instantly open the contact primary screen and view the contact’s name, title, the company name, address, phone and fax numbers, SIC Code, company size, etc. As you are speaking to your client, You can create a quotation and fax or e-mail the quotation to your client without leaving your program or your station.

Next you may want to enter a summary of your discussion. You do this by opening the Call-Tracking Window. This window lists the prior communications you have recorded and provides space for your current entry. You may schedule a call recall date and time. Upon closing this window, you return to the Primary Window which provides you centralized access to all tasks and functions.
