Q. How much does it cost to cover a PC?
A. When you purchase a new PC, you will be given an option to purchase the "On-site Maintenance Agreement". The minimum price for a standard PC is $144.00 per year, ($12.00 per month) payable in advance.

Q.What does "On-site Maintenance" Cover for a PC?
A. It covers all hardware problems and the operating system if any. After reporting the problem, CRC shall contact you within 2 hours. If the problem can not be resolved over the phone, a technician, at no cost to you, shall come to your site to take care of the problem.

Q. What software problems are covered?
A. Only the operating system is covered. Problems such as printer driver problems, problems with Microsoft office, e-mail problems, etc. are not covered.

Q. What happens when a hard disk crashes and all files are lost?
A. CRC shall replace the hard drive and install the operating system only. All other installation such as E-mail, Internet, Office set up, etc are chargeable.

Q. What happens when a client does not accept the "On-site Maintenance Agreement"?
A. Without this service, only the hardware is covered and all on-site labor shall be chargeable. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchase of the "On-site Maintenance".

Q. Are there any charges when a defective unit is delivered to CRC?
A. No, except for when your hard drive is replaced and you want us to re-install programs* in addition to the operating system.
